Gluten Free Friday

Spent today baking and LOVE LOVE LOVE the new gluten free flour I was trying.  www.julesglutenfree.com   Its a 1 to 1 flour replacement and my muffins came out exactly like they do with regular gluten flour.  I am so excited about this new GF flour.  Can't wait to have time to do more baking.
